Please give a 24 hour notice to reschedule, with this method the deposit paid will be transferred to your next appointment only within 5 days.
I do understand that things happen, there is a courtesy 10 minute grace period if needed. Though after your 10 minutes have passed, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit will NOT be refunded. No exceptions.
